The salon is great, not overly busy where you feel like you are just another body coming or going. I come to the Dellaria salon to have Joyce do my hair. This was my second time, she does a great job She is also extremely caring, as well as having deep compassion for people in need. We need more people like Joyce in this world!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 5 years now. I’ve never felt like I needed to book with anyone in particular as anyone I’ve ever been booked with has been phenomenal so I usually just go with whomever has an opening. Recently I went in on my birthday in hopes to lighten my hair to kick off the start of a new decade. Unfortunately my hair did not come out really at all how I’d hoped. However the stylist was kind enough to offer a complimentary follow up. Unfortunately due to conflicting schedules I was unable to see the same stylist and the manager was kind enough to understand the situation and reschedule me with their color specialist. While it did end up costing a bit more it was discounted which I appreciated. I’m so happy with my end result and how accommodating and understanding everyone at this salon is. I’m only knocking it off a star due to how much I spent in the end. Specifically in regard to cost, I left feeling there was a lack of transparency that certain added treatments cost extra. I was simply told certain treatments would be used and not that they would cost more but I am still very happy overall with my end result and my experience with the team

I walked into Dellaria/D'spa feeling confused & not exactly sure what I wanted, but after a brief consultation, I had every bit of confidence knowing she would transform me into a BEAUTIFUL woman. I AM BEYOND HAPPY & BLESSED to have "THE ABSOLUTE BEST HAIRDRESSER "!!! Trisha always listens attentively & does her very best to accommodate your needs as well as sharing her feedback which I admire about her! She always goes above & beyond which totally exceeds expectations & customer service!! She is THE BEST! ❤️ Oh, and gives a WONDERFUL head massage while shampooing! ❤️
